Recently Asked Questions
Are your chemicals dangerous?

Our chemicals are extremely dangerous, but only in the wrong hands. We have very strict safety measures in place to make sure the chemicals are mixed and used correctly. We follow all manufacturer’s guidelines, and if unsure of anything, we ask the manufacturer directly. Once the cleaning has taken place it will no longer be dangerous at the scene.

What are your costs?

Costs are highly dependent upon the job itself. We have never been to a job that has been the same as the previous one. So pricing is very difficult. However, if you have any photographs, this can help price the job and quote you before we agree and arive.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Absolutely! In the rare event that a job has not been completed to a satisfactory level, we will return and complete it until it is, this is free of charge. We do not charge the customers and clients for our own mistakes.

What happens to all of the waste?

The normal hoarder waste will be placed into a skip(s) and taken away. The biohazard waste will be carefully bagged into biohazard bags and then placed into another plastic container with a lid.

Sometimes we will have this collected straight from the site we are cleaning, other times we will take it and transport it ourselves. It needs to be disposed of properly and incinerated.

How do I pay your fees?

We will first take a deposit upon accepting the quote, we will issue an invoice with fees laid out so they are super easy to understand. Once the deposit is made, we will then do the cleaning and the rest should be paid within 3 days after cleaning.
